Abstract Background and Aims Hemodialysis sessions exert an acute impact on cardiac geometry mechanics. The recent development of quantitative measurement intracardiac fluid-dynamics analysis vortexes offers a new opportunity to better understand the fine changes in hemodynamic associated with hemodialysis sessions. Vortexes rise chambers from blood flow they are defined as circular fluid structures rotational movement around central virtual axis, capable storing kinetic energy during rotation. They must be distinguished turbulences, which various different sizes coexist chaotically, resulting rapid dissipation energy. Our aim was assess hemodialytic session parameters originated dynamics. Method We included 26 consecutive patients chronic clinically stable phase. underwent echocardiography including fluid-dynamic by Color Vector Flow Mapping (Hyperdoppler) before after single dialysis session(Fig. 1-A).
